Developer Relations
We are looking for a passionate Developer Relations professional to help us engage with our developer community and ensure seamless integration of TinyHelper’s AI tools. You’ll play a key role in supporting developers, creating educational content, and helping grow a vibrant ecosystem around TinyHelper. If you love technology, community building, and advocating for developers, this role is for you!
Key responsibilities
- Engage with developers and assist them with integrating TinyHelper into their applications and workflows.
- Build and maintain relationships with our developer community through forums, social media, and events.
- Create educational content (tutorials, blog posts, webinars) to help developers get the most out of TinyHelper.
- Act as the voice of the developer community within the company and provide feedback to improve the product.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues and offer support through various communication channels.
Requirements
- Experience in developer relations, technical support, or community management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Experience with JavaScript, APIs, and web development technologies.
- Passion for community building and creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote team environment.
